The Magnolia House Mansion was built in 1883 by Ebenezer Wiley Johnson, a prominent citizen of Corsicana. Over the years it has served as a private residence, funeral home, restaurant, bed & breakfast and special event center. The property was recorded as a Texas Historic Landmark in 1993. The Mansion is located a short distance from the world-famous Collins Street Bakery®, the Palace Theater and historic downtown Corsicana. There is also a notable sculpture by Jerman Vidales located on the property.

The Magnolia House Mansion is operational with events scheduled through September 24th and possibly beyond. All catering-related items, such as seasonal decorations, tables, chairs, linens and dishware, will convey with the auction.
